Fabrizio Romano Drops Major Update on Man United Target Endrick’s Future
Manchester United could have a new opportunity to strengthen their attack when the January transfer window opens.
After spending over £200 million this summer on attacking stars Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Šeško, United’s front line has started to show promise. Cunha and Mbeumo were both in the starting lineup against Liverpool last weekend, while Šeško made an impact off the bench in the second half. Their collective efforts troubled Liverpool’s defense and contributed to United’s 2-1 victory at Anfield.
Still, manager Ruben Amorim is eager to further enhance his attacking depth.
United Eye Move for Endrick
Recent reports from The Peoples Person suggest that Manchester United are among several clubs monitoring Real Madrid’s young forward Endrick.
The 19-year-old Brazilian joined Madrid from Palmeiras last year in a £61 million deal that carried huge expectations. However, his time at the Bernabéu has been challenging so far, as he has struggled to secure playing time amid fierce competition from stars like Kylian Mbappé. Endrick has yet to make an appearance for Los Blancos this season.
Real Madrid Open to Loan Move
According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Endrick is likely to leave Real Madrid during the January window. Romano reports that the talented striker is seeking more playing opportunities ahead of next summer’s World Cup, and discussions over his future are already underway. Real Madrid are reportedly open to sending him out on loan in January.
Meanwhile, United could lose forward Joshua Zirkzee, who is said to be frustrated with his limited role under Amorim. The Dutch striker has drawn interest from several Serie A clubs.
If Zirkzee departs, Šeško would remain the only senior striker available at Old Trafford, making a temporary move for Endrick a logical and timely solution for Manchester United.
