In October 2024, following a Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium, two fans, Wenceslao and Lindsey Gonzalez, were brutally attacked while attempting to assist a woman they believed was in distress. The assailant, identified as 32-year-old Rafael Ramirez, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault causing bodily harm. The Gonzalezes suffered significant injuries, with Wenceslao requiring hospitalization.
