In a major announcement that blends sports, real estate, and community development, the Los Angeles Rams, in collaboration with the Kroenke Organization, have unveiled ambitious plans for a transformative 52-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Warner Center. The project, officially named “Rams Village at Warner Center,” is set to become a landmark destination in the San Fernando Valley.
The development will include a new team headquarters and training facility, alongside a dynamic mix of residential, retail, hotel, office, and entertainment spaces. According to the Rams and Kroenke officials, the project aims to create a vibrant, walkable community that complements the evolving vision of Warner Center as a regional business and lifestyle hub.
Construction is slated to commence in early 2025, pending final approvals. Once completed, Rams Village will not only serve as the year-round home for the team but also provide jobs, housing, and economic opportunities for the greater Los Angeles area.
Rams COO Kevin Demoff commented, “Rams Village will be more than just a home for our organization – it will be a cornerstone for community engagement, innovation, and urban revitalization in the San Fernando Valley.”
The announcement marks a significant step forward in the Rams’ long-term commitment to Southern California, building on the momentum of SoFi Stadium and The District in In
glewood.
