According to sources close to the transaction, the newly acquired estate is located in a prestigious neighborhood just outside the Baltimore metro area. The property features over 10,000 square feet of living space, complete with seven bedrooms, a state-of-the-art home gym, private movie theater, and outdoor amenities including a pool, spa, and chef’s kitchen.
Holliday, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft, has lived up to the hype in 2025, quickly becoming a cornerstone of the Orioles’ roster. His strong performances at the plate and in the infield have earned him national attention and a growing fanbase.
While Holliday has yet to comment publicly on the purchase, the home is seen as a reflection of his growing success and long-term investment in Baltimore.
The Orioles, currently in the thick of a playoff race, are counting on Holliday to help lead them into October — and beyond. Off the field, it seems, he’s already found his home.
