CHICAGO BULLS STAR ZACH LAVINE ARRESTED AND SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS IN PRISON FOR CHARITY FRAUD

In a shocking turn of events, Chicago Bulls star guard Zach LaVine has been arrested and sentenced to 2 years in prison for his involvement in a charity fraud scheme.

According to authorities, LaVine misused funds from his own charity, the “Zach LaVine Foundation”, which was supposed to benefit underprivileged youth in the Chicago area.

“We take charitable fraud very seriously,” said a spokesperson for the Illinois Attorney General’s office. “LaVine’s actions were deceitful and hurt those who needed help the most.”

The Bulls organization has released a statement saying they are “disappointed” by LaVine’s actions and will be seeking a replacement for the upcoming season.

LaVine’s lawyers have announced plans to appeal the sentence.
