Los Angeles, CA – Bruce Springsteen, the iconic American musician and songwriter, has passed away at the age of 75, surrounded by family and friends at his home in Los Angeles.
Springsteen, known affectionately as “The Boss,” died peacefully after a long illness, leaving behind a legacy of unforgettable music, including hits like “Born to Run,” “Thunder Road,” and “Dancing in the Dark.”
“Bruce Springsteen was a rock ‘n’ roll legend and a true American treasure,” said musician and friend, Sting. “His music will live on forever, inspiring generations to come.”
A public memorial service will be held at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, New Jersey, with a private funeral to follow.
