BREAKING NEWS: Hawks coach Quin Snyder is removed for going BALLISTIC at an official during Atlanta’s 123-121 loss to the Toronto Raptors.

Quin Snyder, the Hawks’ head coach, was ejected during the second quarter of Atlanta’s 123-121 loss to the Raptors on Friday.

With about four and a half minutes left in the quarter, Snyder yelled at an official for not calling an illegal screen after point guard Trae Young was thrown to the ground and appeared to have a leg injury.

Young was allowed to stay in the game after briefly remaining on the ground following the play, finishing with 11 points and seven assists.

The Hawks and the refs appeared to be at odds throughout the night, as officials called four of five technical fouls in the first half against Atlanta.

Snyder was instantly awarded two technical penalties and ejected for his response to what he saw as a missed call that occurred just in front of him and the referee.
